USMT 3.0 - Config.xml syntax

Config.xml is a new file that is used with USMT 3.0. The purpose of this file is to customize the user settings that are transferred when running Scanstate and Loadstate. To create a new config.xml file, you can run Scanstate with /genconfig. Once created, you can edit config.xml to include or exclude components, redirect data to a different location, or migrate unsupported applications. Some sample syntax for editing the config.xml can be found here by navigating to XML Reference\XML Examples.
